Product description
Model: The loco has an mfx+ digital decoder and extensive light and sound functions. It also has a controlled high-performance motor with a flywheel, mounted in the boiler. Four axles are powered. Traction tires are fitted.
The loco is constructed mostly of metal. The loco has a factory-installed smoke unit. The triple headlights and dual red marker lights change ends with the direction of travel. They and the smoke unit will work in conventional operation and can be controlled digitally. There is a double “A” light. The cab lighting is also digitally controllable. Maintenance-free, warm-white, and red LEDs are used for the lighting. A buffer capacitor is fitted. There is a Telex coupler at each end of the locomotive, and each coupler can be controlled separately in digital operation. The couplers are programmed for an uncoupling maneuver. The model has numerous separately applied metal grab irons and pipes. The minimum radius for operation is 360 mm / 14-3/16". Protective piston sleeves, brake hoses, heating lines, imitation screw couplers, as well as a locomotive engineer and fireman, are included separately. Length over the buffers 16.0 cm / 6-5/16".
A matching stake car set with a cargo of steel pipes and a caboose is available as item 46569. The train can be lengthened with another stake car set with a cargo of steel pipes, which is available as item 46563.
