Description

This model was based on the film Solino (2002) with Moritz Bleibtreu. The story tells of Romano and Rosa Amato, who emigrate to Duisburg with their sons Gigi and Giancarlo in 1964 - lured by the economic miracle and the hope of a better life. There they open a pizzeria, which they name after their home village of Solino. The model tells the story of this family and brings a piece of German film culture to the model layout - rich in detail and full of character.
