Prototype: German Federal Railroad (DB) class 56.2-8 freight steam locomotive. Converted Prussian G 8.1 with a leading axle. With DB reflex glass lamps above and Reichsbahn lanterns below. A type 3T 16.5 coal shoveling tender. Road number 56 362. The locomotive looks as it did around 1959.

Product Description

Model: With an mfx digital decoder and extensive sound functions. Controlled high-efficiency propulsion with flywheel. 4 axles powered. Traction tires. Locomotive and tender largely constructed of metal. Equipped with a smoke generator as standard. Triple headlights and smoke generator change over with the direction of travel, in conventional operation, and can be controlled digitally. Warm white LED lighting. Permanent close coupler with mechanism between the locomotive and tender. Close couplers with NEM sockets are located at the rear of the tender and at the front of the locomotive. Many separately applied details such as wires and sand pipes. Piston rod protective tubes, brake lines, imitation screw couplers, and a locomotive engineer and fireman are included.

Length over buffers 21.1 cm.
